We deliver all our customers' orders within 4-6 working days anywhere in the UK and Europe. Our distribution centres are located in London and Manchester, which is why dispatch times vary between 4 and 6 days, depending on where you live.

We guarantee a free return and refund if, and only if, the pair has not been worn outdoors. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to receive a full refund for your order. We do our best to resolve any problems our customers may encounter.
